Hello Panthers,

Just a reminder that, classroom teachers have sent out appointment times for you to pick up student personal items at the school (i.e clothes, medications, completed school work, personal items, photos/awards/certificates, report cards). Please only come to the school during your appointed time. The appointed pickup times will occur between Tuesday, June 23 – Friday, June 26 only. 1 parent/guardian from each family will come to the external gym door at the back of the school. 5 families will be permitted entry at one time. Maximum time in the gym is 10 minutes. Items to be returned to the school (textbooks, library/home reading books, etc..) should be labelled with the student name and left on the designated tables in the gym. 

Only 2 options for pickup will be available for each class. If you have more than one child at the school, you will have even more options for pickup times (e.g. 2 times for grade 2 class, 2 different times for grade 5 class, etc..) If you are not able to make one of these times, please consider asking another school family to retrieve your items on your behalf. Families may pick up items for all of their children at the same time (i.e. go to different class areas in the gym).

Access is prohibited to anyone who is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or has had close contact with a confirmed case.  All individuals must complete the self-assessment tool prior to arrival:

The health and safety of our school is a collective responsibility. Physical distancing/ public health protocols must be maintained at all times.
